Refund policy
- Art prints are made to order and as such I do not accept returns, all artworks are final sale.
- If your item is damaged please send an email with photos of the damage to Notefolkcoshop@gmail.com stating your order number and confirmation of name and address. A replacement will then be sent.
- If your parcel is lost in transit after 14 days please send an email to Notefolkcoshop@gmail.com. I will attempt to investigate with the postal service and then if necessary you will be sent a replacement.
Please handle prints carefully and store in their protective slip cases they arrive in, as they can mark if scratched or rubbed due to the Matt finish. It is best if they are stored flat until you are able to mount, frame or hang them so they stay in perfection condition. I am not responsible for the protection of said prints once they are in within your care so please take care! Thank you
